Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the most common questions about DownCount.

What is DownCount?

DownCount helps poker dealers log shifts and review income from cash tokes, hourly wages, tournaments, and flooring work. Use your records to compare earnings and export CSV reports.

Who is it for?

DownCount is built for full-time and part-time poker dealers who want to keep their shift records and income summaries in one place.

How do I get started?

Create an account, sign in, and choose Log New Shift. Enter the date, room, hours, and income details for your shift. You can set your usual hourly wage and tracking preferences in Settings.

Where can I find pricing information?

Creating an account does not collect a payment. Visit the Pricing page for current access information. Pricing details for future paid access have not been announced.

What data can I log per shift?

Record the date, room, hours, and notes, along with cash downs and tokes, hourly wages, or tournament downs and rates. For flooring shifts, record hours, hourly wages, and floor tips. The fields shown depend on your work type and settings.

What stats can I see?

Your Numbers shows income totals, hours, downs, and average earnings per hour or down for your selected date range. Filter your report and compare results by room, tournament, day of the week, month, or year.

Is my data private?

Your saved shifts are associated with your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what data DownCount collects and how it is used, including our policy not to sell your data.

Can I export my data or delete my account?

Use Export CSV on Your Numbers to download a report for your selected filters after the report finishes loading. To delete your account, open Settings and choose Delete My Account, then follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion is permanent. You can also contact support with data export or deletion requests.

Does it work on mobile?

DownCount is a web app with layouts designed for phones as well as larger screens. Open it in your browser and sign in to access your saved shifts.

Can I track only cash tokes?

Yes. Enable Cash Only Mode in Settings to focus on cash tokes. It hides hourly wage and tournament fields in dealing shifts and turns off non-cash income sources in your snapshot. You can change this preference later.

Can I track tournament income?

Yes. Add tournament downs and rates when logging a dealing shift with Cash Only Mode turned off. You can include a second tournament on the same shift. The separate Tournament Only Mode in Settings is not available yet.

Do I need an account to use it?

Yes. Create an account to save shifts and access your records when you sign in on another device.

Where can I give feedback or request features?
